Sections and blocks

How to add a section 

1. From the dropdown menu, select the template that contains the section that you want to edit.

2. In the left-hand sidebar, click on “Sections”.
3. Click the “Add Section” button.
4. Choose the type of section you want to add from the list, or search for a specific section using the search bar.
5. Customize the section's settings and content as desired.
6. Save your changes.

Adding a section between existing sections

To insert a new section between previously added sections, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand sidebar, hover over the area between the sections where you want to add a new one.
2. A blue line with a bullet will appear.
3. Click on the line or the bullet, and a popup will appear with options to add a new section.
4. Select the desired section to insert it in the chosen position.

How to edit section 

Once you've selected a section, you can edit its content and layout using the available customization options. This may include adding or removing text, images, buttons, or other elements, as well as adjusting spacing, alignment, and styling.

1. From the dropdown menu, select the template that contains the section that you want to edit.
2. Click a section to load the content into the preview window and access the options available to you. For example, here you can easily add images, icons, and adjust image height and more.

How to add block

Click on a section to see its blocks. To add a block, click 'Add Block'. You can also add a collection, a column, and more.

If you see “Add Block”, it means there are multiple block options available, and not all may be visible on the page. Click “Add Block” to access a list of available blocks and select the one you want to use. After adding the block, click on it to configure its settings.

If you see “Add Collection” or “Add Column”, “Add Review”, you can add more collections or columns to the section with the same settings, providing flexibility in your layout. Customize each collection or column as needed.

Adding a block between existing blocks

To insert a new block between existing blocks, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand sidebar, hover over the area after the previous block to add a new one.
2. A blue line with a bullet will appear.
3. Click on the bullet, and a popup will appear with options to add a new block.
4. Select the desired block to insert it into the section.

How to edit block 

Once you’ve selected a block, you can edit its settings using the available customization options. These may include:

• Adding or removing text.
• Replacing or adjusting images.
• Adding, editing, or deleting buttons.
• Customizing other elements within the block.

How to duplicate, copy, rename, remove or hide a section or block:

1. Click a section or block to open section or block settings.
2. In one row with a section name, click the “...” three dots and then choose between Duplicate, Copy, Rename, Remove or hide section or block.
3. Click Save.

Duplicate Section:

• Creates an exact copy of the section within the same page or template.
• All content, settings, and blocks of that section are replicated.
• Useful when you want to reuse the section on the same page with minor edits.

Copy Section:

• Refers to copying a section’s content or settings to paste it elsewhere (another page, template, or theme).
• Often requires you to manually paste the copied section.
• Useful for reusing content across different pages without rebuilding from scratch.

In short:

• Duplicate = copy the section right here, immediately
• Copy = take the section to use somewhere else

How to remove a section or block without opening a section or block settings

You can remove a section or block by hovering over the block's name in the left sidebar of the block settings. Click on the recycle bin icon to delete it. Additionally, you can find the “Remove block” option at the end of every block settings and “Remove section” option at the end of every section settings.

How to hide a section or block

To hide a block, hover over the block's name and click on the eye icon. To make it visible again, simply uncheck your actions.

How to change the order of section or block 

You can rearrange sections, blocks, columns, or collections by hovering over the block's name in the left sidebar, clicking the dotted icon, and dragging it to a new position within the theme.

Renaming a Section or Block Without Using the Three Dots settings

Simply click once on the section or block heading to rename it.
