Banner settings


Setting Description
Color scheme

Choose an appropriate color scheme for the banner from the schemes list. The color scheme includes different colors for the background, heading, and other elements in the banner.

*Applying a color scheme automatically updates all associated colors set in the theme settings according to the created color schemes. You can edit colors in this block, but it will impact the other sections and blocks in which the same color scheme is used.  Learn more about color schemes.

Show breadcrumbs By enabling this option, breadcrumbs will be displayed above the page banner, providing navigation links to help visitors back to main page – homepage.
Breadcrumbs color scheme Choose an appropriate color scheme for the breadcrumbs from the schemes list. The color scheme includes different colors for the background and text.
Background image You can set a background image for the banner to enhance its visual appeal. The background image will be displayed behind the content, adding depth and style to your banner.
Banner height

Select the height of the banner:

  • Default: The height is determined by the content, taking into account the section paddings, which can be adjusted as needed.
  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large
Show title Enabling this option will display the page title on the banner, helping users easily identify which page they are on. This enhances navigation and improves overall user orientation
Custom title

Using this field, you can create a custom page title that differs from the one assigned when the page was originally created. The field's top menu offers options to customize the text, including bold, italic, or adding a hyperlink. You can also click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source for displaying the page title.

Note: Custom title replaces the main title.

If you leave the field empty, the title assigned during creation in the admin panel will be displayed.

Heading size

The heading size setting offers three options to control the size of the heading:

  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large
Font weight

Font weight defines the thickness or boldness of text on your store. Available options for heading:

  • Normal (400): Default weight for body text.
  • Medium (500): Slightly thicker, suitable for emphasized body text or light headings.
  • Semi-Bold (600): Heavier, ideal for subheadings or highlighted text.
  • Bold (700): Strongest weight for maximum emphasis.
Text This field is for adding text after the title to place additional important info in the banner. In the top menu of the field, you can find options to customize the text such as making it bold, italic, or adding a hyperlink. Furthermore, you can click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source for the page description.
Top padding The “Top padding” setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the banner using a slider. 
Bottom padding The “Bottom padding” setting functions similarly to the “Top padding” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the banner. 
Top padding mobile The “Top padding mobile” setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the banner for mobile devices using a slider. 
Bottom padding mobile The “Bottom padding mobile” setting functions similarly to the “Top padding mobile” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the banner for mobile devices. 

Content settings


Setting Description
Color scheme

Choose an appropriate color scheme for content from the schemes list. The color scheme includes different colors for the background, heading, text, and other elements.

Content is available when is added in Shopify Dashboard/Pages/Created page/Content field. Check on the screenshot “Content”.


Creating an About Us Page

To create an “About Us” page:

  1. Navigate to Online Store > Pages in your admin panel.
  2. Click the Add Page button.

You’ll see a page creation interface similar to the one shown in the screenshot. Here, you can:

  • Add a Title: This will be the main heading of your page.
  • Add Content: Input text, images, or other media to create the content of the page.

The content you add will be visible in the Theme Customizer and on the Preview of your store.

This feature allows you to create customized, informational pages that align with your brand's storytelling.

In the Page Template, you can adjust content settings to enhance the visual presentation of your page. You can set appropriate color scheme, top and bottom paddings.

Creating a Template in the Customizer

To link a page with a specific template in your theme, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Theme Customizer

    Navigate to the theme editor and look for the dropdown menu at the top of the customizer interface.

    Create a New Template

    • Click on the Create Template option.
    • Enter a name for the new template (e.g., “About Us” or “Custom Page”).
    • Save your changes.

      Assign the Template

    • Once created, select one of the templates from the dropdown list.
    • This ensures that your page is connected to the chosen template in the theme.

      Connect the Page to the Template

    • Navigate to Online Store > Pages and open the page you want to connect.
    • In the Template dropdown, select the template you just created.
    • Save the page.

Navigate to the theme editor and look for the dropdown menu at the top of the customizer interface.


Click on the Create Template

Enter a name for the new template (e.g., “About Us” or “Custom Page”)

In the Template dropdown, select the template you just created


Section padding


Setting Description
Top padding The "Top padding" setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the content section using a slider. 
Bottom padding The "Bottom padding" setting functions similarly to the “Top padding” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the content section using a slider.
Top padding mobile The "Top padding mobile" setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the content section for mobile devices using a slider. 
Bottom padding mobile The "Bottom padding mobile" setting functions similarly to the “Top padding mobile” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the content section for mobile devices using a slider.
