Announcement block
A banner at the top of the page showing a short message (like a sale or event) with a live countdown timer to highlight urgency.
Configure a block within an Announcement bar section
To configure a block:
- Go to Customize theme.
In Theme editor, at the top of the page, use the dropdown to select a page that contains an Announcement bar section
- Add the section to the current page. For detailed steps, refer to Sections and blocks.
- To configure an existing block, select the block from the side menu.
- To add a new block, refer to Sections and blocks.
- Select a setting described in the following table.

| Text | Add custom text to your announcement bar to share important updates, promotions, or news with your customers. |
| Link | Add a link to your announcement to direct customers to a specific page. |
