Color scheme

Choose a color scheme for the entire section.

A color scheme consists of a predefined set of colors you can apply to this section for consistent styling. These schemes are created in the Theme Settings and are available across all sections, making customization faster and ensuring a cohesive color system throughout your store. Switch background

Within each color scheme, you can define a secondary background in addition to the main background.

When you enable Switch background, the main section background changes to the secondary background.

This feature allows you to create visual contrast and highlight specific sections.

Desktop layout
  • Grid — displays items in a clean, uniform grid
  • Collage — displays items in a dynamic, mixed-size collage
Number of blog posts to show Choose the desired number of blog posts that you want to display in this section. This option allows you to control the quantity of blog posts visible to your visitors.
Show featured image

Swipe the button to the right to showcase the featured image from the blog post page to the homepage or other pages. If left unchecked, date, heading, and read more button, will be visible without image.

Also, we can add author, excerpt, comments to show them on a card.

First article style
  • Standard — matches the layout of other blog cards
  • Cover — the featured image overlays the blog content
Cover article color scheme Apply a color scheme to the first article when using the cover style.
Cover article show excerpt Enable the excerpt for the first article in cover style.
Cover article add background Add a background container for the text if it is not clearly visible on the blog image.
Featured image height

Adjust the height of the featured image:

  • Adapt to image
  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large
Show date

Enable this option to display the publication date of the blog post.
Show date icon
Enable to display a calendar icon next to the publication date.
Date color scheme
Choose a color scheme for the date to match your theme’s style.
Show author

Enable this option to display the author's name of the blog post.
Show comments

When this option is enabled, customers will see the number of comments left on a particular blog post displayed on the blog post card.

Top padding

The 'Top padding' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section using a slider. 
Bottom padding

The 'Bottom padding' setting functions similarly to the “Section top padding” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the section. 
Top padding mobile

The 'Top padding (Mobile)' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section specifically for mobile devices, using a slider.
Bottom padding mobile

The 'Bottom padding mobile' setting works similarly to the 'Top padding mobile' setting but controls the space at the bottom of the section for mobile devices.
