Stories settings

This guide describes the Stories section.

Use this section to display customer stories or testimonials in a visually engaging format. It supports both horizontal and vertical slider directions, allowing for flexible layout options.

Each story slide can include:

A main image
The testimonial or review text
The author’s photo, name, and position
A company logo (if applicable)

How to access the Stories section

Note: Section cannot be added to the Password page.

From any page, click on “Add Section” and choose “Stories” from the list.

How to configure the Stories section

Basic Components

The “Stories section” section consists of two primary components:

General settings – These control the overall settings of the section.
Block – Each block has its own individual settings.

Available block types include:

To insert a new block between existing ones or to add a block when none have been added yet, refer to the article "Add a block" and locate the section titled “How to add a block”.

General settings

Select a setting described in the following table:

Setting	Description
Heading	This field is for adding a heading to the section. In the top menu of the field, you can find options to customize the heading. Furthermore, you can click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source as the title of the section.
Heading size	The heading size setting offers three options to control the size of the section heading: Small Medium Large
Color scheme	Color Scheme allows you to customize every aspect of your theme's colors in the settings. When you apply a color scheme to a specific section, like the stories section, it automatically updates all associated colors for a cohesive and professional look across your website.
Slider direction	Horizontal Displays one testimonial at a time. The transition between slides occurs horizontally (left to right or right to left). No part of the previous or next testimonial is visible while the current one is displayed. Vertical Displays the active testimonial prominently. Portions of the previous and next testimonials are visible above the active one, resembling a “folder” stacking effect. Slides transition vertically (up).

Section padding

Setting	Description
Top padding	The 'Top padding' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section using a slider.
Bottom padding	The 'Bottom padding' setting functions similarly to the “Section top padding” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the section.
Top padding mobile	The 'Top padding mobile' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section specifically for mobile devices, using a slider.
Bottom padding mobile	The 'Bottom padding mobile' setting works similarly to the 'Top padding mobile' setting but controls the space at the bottom of the section for mobile devices.
