Accordion with images settings

This guide describes the Accordion with images section.

The Accordion with images section allows users to click on each accordion item to expand and reveal an image along with a short description. It's an engaging way to present content interactively.

Each accordion item can include:

  • An image
  • A heading
  • A description

When an item is expanded, the image transitions with a captivating animation effect, enhancing the visual experience.

Ideal use cases include:

  • Showcasing company values
  • Highlighting key product or service features
  • Explaining steps in a process
  • Presenting frequently asked questions with visual context

The Accordion with Images section displayed on the About Us page, featuring a list of values. Each item expands to reveal a related image and description with a smooth animation effect.


How to access the Accordion with images section

Note: Section cannot be added to the Password page.

From any page, click on “Add Section” and choose “Accordion with images” from the list.

To insert a new section between existing ones, follow the steps in the article "Add a section"


How to configure the Accordion with images section

Basic Components

The Accordion with images section consists of two primary components:

  1. General settings
  2. Block. Available block types include:
  • Heading (To learn about all available block settings, see the related article "Heading block").
  • FAQ item (To learn about all available block settings, see the related article "FAQ item block").

General settings

Select a setting described in the following table:

Setting Description
Heading

You can add a main heading to this section.

To add a heading to the section, simply enter the text in the provided field. In the top menu of the field, you can find options to customize the heading.

Furthermore, you can click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source as the title of the section.

Heading size

The heading size setting offers three options to control the size of the section heading:

  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large
Description

You can add a brief description to this section.

In the top menu of the field, you can find options to customize the text. Additionally, you can use the style of headings from H1 to H6 to the body text.

Furthermore, you can click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source as the title of the section.

Description size

There are five options to control the size of your description:

  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large
  • Extra large
  • Extra extra large
Heading alignment

Align the heading or heading with description according to your design preferences:

  • Left
  • Center
  • Right

Content settings


Setting Description
Image ratio
  • Adapt to image
  • Portrait: Ideal for images that are taller than wide.
  • Square: Equal width and height, creating a balanced square shape.
  • Landscape: Wider than tall.

Section padding


Setting Description
Top padding The 'Top padding' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section using a slider. 
Bottom padding The 'Bottom padding' setting functions similarly to the “Section top padding” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the section. 
Top padding mobile The 'Top padding mobile' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section specifically for mobile devices, using a slider.
Bottom padding mobile The 'Bottom padding mobile' setting works similarly to the 'Top padding mobile' setting but controls the space at the bottom of the section for mobile devices.
