Features slider settings

This guide describes the Features slider section.

The Features slider section is designed to showcase key highlights in a horizontal slider format. One common use case is displaying team members.

Each slide can include:

  • An image
  • The team member’s name
  • Their position or role
  • (Optional) social links

This section is ideal for introducing your team, highlighting product features, or displaying testimonials in a compact, interactive format.

How to access the Features slider section

Note: Section cannot be added to the Password page.

From any page, click on “Add Section” and choose “Features slider” from the list.

To insert a new section between existing ones, follow the steps in the article "Add a section"


How to configure the Features slider section

Basic Components

The Features slider section consists of two primary components:

  1. General settings
  2. Block. Available block types include:
  • Slide (To learn about all available block settings, see the related article "Slide").

General settings

Select a setting described in the following table:

Setting Description
Heading

This field is for adding a heading to the section.

In the top menu of the field, you can find options to customize the heading.

Furthermore, you can click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source as the title of the section.

Heading size

The heading size setting offers three options to control the size of your section heading:

  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large
Description

This field is for adding a description to the section.

In the top menu of the field, you can find options to customize the text. Additionally, you can use the style of headings from H1 to H6 to the body text.

Furthermore, you can click the dynamic source button to insert a dynamic source for the description.

Heading alignment

Align the heading, text, and slider buttons according to your design preferences. There are three options:

  • Left
  • Center
  • Right

Grid settings


Setting Description
Number of columns on desktop The “Number of columns on desktop” setting allows you to select the number of columns in which your content will be displayed on larger screens, and on tablets. You can select from 2 to 5.
Make section full width Enable this option to display images with content in full width of the page.
Color scheme A color scheme consists of a predefined set of colors you can apply to this section for consistent styling. Choose scheme from the dropdown list. These schemes are created in the Theme Settings and are available across all sections, making customization faster and ensuring a cohesive color system throughout your store. Card settings


Setting Description
Image ratio
  • Adapt to image
  • Portrait: Ideal for images that are taller than wide.
  • Square: Equal width and height, creating a balanced square shape.
  • Landscape: Wider than tall.
Card alignment

Align the heading, text, and button in the card according to your design preferences. There are three options:

  • Left
  • Center
  • Right

Section padding


Setting Description
Top padding The 'Top padding' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section using a slider. 
Bottom padding The 'Bottom padding' setting functions similarly to the “Section top padding” setting, but controls the space at the bottom of the section. 
Top padding mobile The 'Top padding mobile' setting allows you to adjust the amount of space at the top of the section specifically for mobile devices, using a slider.
Bottom padding mobile The 'Bottom padding mobile' setting works similarly to the 'Top padding mobile' setting but controls the space at the bottom of the section for mobile devices.
