Announcement block

A banner at the top of the page showing a short message (like a sale or event) with a live countdown timer to highlight urgency.

Configure a block within an Announcement bar section

To configure a block:

In Theme editor, at the top of the page, use the dropdown to select a page that contains an Announcement bar section

Add the section to the current page. For detailed steps, refer to Add a section.
To configure an existing block, select the block from the side menu.
To add a new block, refer to Add a block.
Select a setting described in the following table.

Text	Add custom text to your announcement bar to share important updates, promotions, or news with your customers.

Text	In this field, you can add a label to Countdown. You can write, for example, that the offer will end soon.
End date	Please refer to the example provided below the field to ensure you correctly input the end date.
When the date has passed	When the specified date has passed, you can decide how to handle the countdown bar from a dropdown menu: Show zeroes Cycle
Days label	Keep the suggested label for days, or write your label in the field.
Hours label	Keep the suggested label for hours, or write your label in the field.
Minutes label	Keep the suggested label for minutes, or write your label in the field.
Seconds label	Keep the suggested label for seconds, or write your label in the field.
